1.  Power supply(DC) :

The job of the power supply is to receive electrical energy and convert it into the right voltage, current and frequency to power the load. Using a tuned power supply, the output current can be kept almost constant to a certain extent in the electrochemical tests of the sacrificial anodes.

2. Digital multimeter :

In the corrosion laboratory, a digital multimeter is used to measure the electrical resistance of a cable or insert to the  anode. In addition, it is used to regulate the output current of electrochemical test circuits of sacrificial anode.

 3. Electrochemical cells:

Electrochemical cells prepared in the corrosion laboratory of Tavanazob  Sana'ati Kavir Company are used to determine the electrochemical properties of zinc and aluminum sacrificial anodes according to DNV-RPB-401 standard and to determine the electrochemical properties of magnesium sacrificial anode according to ASTM-G97 standard.

4. Kolometer:

One of the components of the electrochemical test circuits of sacrificial anodes is the colometer, which is prepared in the corrosion laboratory of Tavanazob  Sana'ati Kavir Company, according to ASTM-G97 standard.

5. Calomel reference electrode:

Calomel reference electrode is a practical tool for determining open circuit potential and closed circuit potential in tests for determining the electrochemical properties of sacrificial anodes.

6. Digital thermometer:

In the production of sacrificial anodes, accurate measurement and control of the furnace temperature is very effective in the appearance quality as well as the chemical and electrochemical properties of the anode. Digital thermometer is a suitable tool for accurate temperature measurement and control.

7. Heater magnet:

Heater magnet is used in solution treatment, especially in making MMO anode coating solution.

8. Reosta:

The rheostat is a variable resistor used in the corrosion laboratory to control the current intensity in electrochemical test circuits of sacrificial anodes.

9. Grammy digital scales:

In order to accurately weigh the types of salts and acids used in laboratory solutions, a digital scale with an accuracy of 4 decimal places is used. Also, for accurate measurements of the weight of the samples before corrosion and after corrosion, in the electrochemical tests of the sacrificial anodes, a digital scale with an accuracy of 4 decimal places is used.

10. Meters and calipers:

Accurate measurement and control of the dimensions of the sacrificial anodes is important and necessary in the production of products in accordance with the data sheet approved by the employer. This is done in the corrosion laboratory of Tavanazob Sana'ati Kavir Company, with calibrated meters and calipers with high accuracy.
